Rooted Method Studio offers wellness and bodywork sessions available for booking online. All services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at any time without prior notice.
When you book an appointment, you agree to provide accurate contact information. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments at our discretion with reasonable notice.
By providing your phone number and booking a session, you consent to receive transactional SMS notifications related to your appointment (confirmations, reminders, and updates). Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message or by contacting us directly. We use ClickSend to deliver SMS messages. Standard carrier rates may apply.
Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee at our discretion.
All prices are listed in USD. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. We reserve the right to update our pricing at any time.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rooted Method Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our services.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
